Technical communicationsInternal workflow example

A repeatable path from approved technical content to channel-ready graphics.

The Technical Post Composer structures messaging, project imagery, layout choices, and disclosure space so recurring corporate updates can be prepared consistently and reviewed before export.

The challenge

Exploration updates often need several versions of the same core message: square and landscape social graphics, presentation visuals, website assets, and internal review drafts. Rebuilding each version manually creates avoidable formatting work and increases the chance of inconsistent wording or omitted qualifiers.

The technical content still needs qualified review and company approval. The opportunity is to standardize presentation and handoff, not to automate disclosure decisions.

The approach

The composer separates approved content fields from visual controls. A user can select an aspect ratio, imagery, focal point, layout treatment, headline, body copy, status line, and compliance footnote while seeing the final composition at the intended size.

Reusable visual rules keep typography, spacing, colour, and corporate identifiers consistent. The output remains a review draft until the responsible company and technical reviewers approve it.

Workflow

From recurring task
to reviewable output.

02

Choose the channel

Select the target aspect ratio and a layout designed for the amount and hierarchy of content.

03

Review the composition

Check legibility, image crop, hierarchy, branding, and the placement of technical or compliance notes.

04

Approve and export

Route the draft through the company review process before producing the final channel-ready graphic.

What this demonstrates

Practical value without
over-automating the judgment.

  • How reusable templates reduce repetitive production work without removing approval
  • How structured content fields can improve consistency across corporate channels
  • How technical figures and project imagery can be repurposed more efficiently
  • How a focused internal tool can connect geology, corporate development, and communications

Canterra Minerals branding appears in a user-provided working example. Communications and technical content remain subject to company approval, qualified-person review where applicable, and relevant disclosure requirements.
